Sales Consultant Horeca Mechelen / Flemish Brabant

We are looking for a talented, driven person to strengthen our sales team within the On Trade (hospitality) channel in the Mechelen / Flemish Brabant region.
As a Sales Representative, you are the key figure to strengthen our position within the hospitality channel, further expand commercial relationships and achieve growth for our company.

Your role:

  • Optimize and grow the total volume of the customer base in your region
  • Visits to existing points of sale (catering establishments) in your region with due observance of the established visit frequencies
  • Distribution: improve the availability and visibility of our brands by introducing our beers, innovations and new promotions to customers
  • Conducting negotiations in existing and prospecting cases
  • Guarantee the quality of our beers by giving quality advice to our customers
  • Generate new business through active prospecting
  • Supporting (personal ) customers on multiple levels ( commercial, technical, financial), taking into account their wishes and our commercial strategy
  • Good administrative follow-up: Drawing up a daily and weekly schedule, reporting the predetermined objectives in a CRM system
  • Management of your allocated budget
  • Developing and maintaining a network of customers and hospitality professionals
  • Have the desire to achieve excellence in sales

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
  • Passionate and driven person with a background in sales (FMCG sector is a plus)
  • You want to learn, you are highly motivated and you have a positive "can do" mentality
  • A team player, but at the same time you can work independently and have the necessary perseverance
  • You have excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Customer- and result-oriented
  • Dutch-speaking but also has a professional knowledge of English
