Support Administrator

The administrative support is supporting the Regional Business Controller in a variety of tasks. Key area’s are administration related to follow-up of production plan and translating it into information accessible for sales, support overall price, contract and warranty discussions related to Asia sales flow and provide data and input for analysing sales and cost evolutions.

What are your key areas of responsibility ?

Production control administration

  • Follow-up production plan to make sure it is in line with PSS demand
  • Translate production plan World Wide Stock sheet
  • Make changes to forecast sheet or stock sheet, where required
  • Support with the preparation of business cases
  • Make comparison between budget and forecast submissions
  • Back-up for PSS discussions

Support sales flow

  • Coordination & follow-up of contract matters
  • Coordinate warranty related discussions
  • Prepare warranty reports
  • Support with overall matter that for sales EU are covered by sales or service representative

Reporting

  • Prepare BI reports and pivots to support RBC
  • Support internal management reporting
  • Support compliancy (internal audit, ISO audit,...) related projects
  • Follow-up validity distributor & agent agreements
  • Support RBC on request

Jouw profiel

Do you have the following characteristics? Then you are the talent that we are looking for!

  • You have a master's or bachelor's degree
  • You have strong computer skills (Excel is a must)
  • You're communication skills are on point: English, Dutch (Other languages French & German are a plus)
  • You function well under stressful situations
  • You have amazing analytical thinking skills

  • Documenten coderen, klasseren en archiveren
  • De boekhoudkundige en budgettaire opvolging van de entiteit garanderen
    Facturatieverrichtingen uitvoeren

  • Een methode of een kwaliteitsactieplan toelichten en uitvoeren (correcties, verbetering, gelijkvormig maken, ...)
  • Documentatie zoeken, doorsturen of beheren
  • Documenten invoeren en de lay-out verzorgen
    Documenten doorsturen en klasseren
  • Bestellingen, stocks, terugzending van producten beheren en opvolgen
  • Tools voor de opvolging van de activiteiten uitwerken en actualiseren aan de hand van situatieoverzichten, tijdspaden, ...
