Commercial Manager (he/she) of DEV@WORK has an overall responsibility over all commercial activities. This contains the sales, the strategy, social media management, the negotiations, and agreements all around. Its effectiveness is steered by the feasibility, and readiness of the team, and to ensure its profitability, meeting the internal, as external needs of the customer.

Job duties and responsibilities may include :

· Identify and qualify leads: to proactively seek out potential customers using various techniques, such as online research, networking, and referrals to generate a pipeline of qualified leads.

· Develop and present sales proposals: once a potential customer is identified, preparation begins for a detailed proposal that outlines the specific solutions that can address the customer's needs. The proposition needs to be in a clear, pragmatic and persuasive manner, emphasizing the benefits and values of the proposed solutions.

· Negotiate and close deals: engaging in negotiations with potential customers to reach mutually agreeable terms on pricing and contract details. To employ all negotiation skills to secure favourable deals while ensuring that the customer's needs are always met.

· Manage customer relationships: to maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers, providing them with ongoing support and ensuring them overall satisfaction with the solutions given. The idea is always to proactively address any customer concerns or issues and work to build long-term evolutive partnerships.

· Track and measure sales performance: to regularly monitor the sales performance against established targets. To analyse data on sales figures, customer acquisition rates, and lead conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and adjusting the sales strategies accordingly.
