My client is the company Normalu, famous French manufacturing company based in Alsace for more than 50 years.

Their reputation comes from their high-end Barrisol product range : stretch ceilings. They offer unparalleled aesthetics and innovative LED lighting solutions.

Thanks to their expertise, their achievements are visible worldwide in numerous exceptional architectural projects: prestigious hotels, avant-garde shopping centers, hospitals, business schools, luxury homes, and many others.

In 2024, the company is launching an ambitious international development project - it is in this context that I am seeking a commercial profile to represent Barrisol in Belgium.


As Area Sales Manager Belgium, you will be responsible for developing the distributors network of the brand in Belgium.

Picking-up & assessing the existing distributors network, identifying new potential partners and ensuring successful long-term collaboration.

In addition, you will be the ambassador of the brand in Belgium, connecting with prescriptors and installers to ensure placement technics are respected.


The succesful candidate :

Experienced field sales profile with track record in Building material sales - ideally solutions involving technical & aesthetic features

We are looking for someone who has sold building material to distributors AND has some network or experience working with prescriptors for B2B retail/residential/tertiary projects.

Balanced Business developer & Account Manager profile - mission to develop the distributors network in Belgium & be the ambassador of the brand in Belgium

Fluent in French/Dutch + English is mandatory - priority will be given to candidates able to work both in Wallonie & Flanders

Location : job based in Belgium, mobile across the country & punctually travelling to France

A commercial with high energy level & enthusiasm for the product - attitude will be valued just as much as skills in this recruitment

Ability to work in autonomy while being part of a team.


My client will offer a gross fixed salary based on level of experience & expertise/network in the field.
