Your tasks

  • Act as the central interface and contact person between the specialist department and IT
  • Support and advise the specialist departments in identifying and specifying their IT requirements
  • Evaluate requirements for IT products/services in line with the corporate and IT strategy and coordinate the reuse of existing solutions
  • Working with relevant IT experts to develop solution designs that meet requirements, make or buy decisions and bring about implementation maturity
  • Further develop IT demand management and the demand process, including the necessary tools
  • Collaborate and coordinate closely with various stakeholders

Your profile

  • Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in IT demand management and requirements engineering
  • Strong ability to analyze complex problems and to present them in a structured and recipient-oriented manner
  • Knowledge of ITIL service management and basic understanding of IT architecture
  • Strong customer and solution orientation
  • Strong communication, moderation and presentation skills
  • High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and resilience
