For one of our esteemed partners, a leading international company, specializing in the production of materials, we are looking for an operator for water electrolysis (m/f/x).
You will report to the lab project manager who will communicate the priorities of the experimental line up. Training will be provided to support the candidate during his onboarding
You will perform all field work necessary to operate the electrolyzers. This means :
Preparing catalyst ink, decal film and catalyst coated membrane(CCM).
Assembling the lab cell hardware for operation, handling the electrolyzer with computer, performing electrochemical measurements
Conducting all operational analytical work (eg XRF measurement for making decal film
Conducting all utility related management (basic knowledge to handle utilities: water, aircon, electricity, heating, maintenance)
You will organize the raw data for easy handling by the rest of the team including the project manager
You will be involved in training other operators
Bachelor in chemistry or similar experience. Knowledge of chemistry (molar calculation, material balance principles) is indispensable
Ability to perform field work reliably and safely
Knowledge of excel to present, extract or analyse raw data
Technical report writing
Lab experience is nice to have
Ability to communicate in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is indispensable: training and daily communication will take place in English
Strict respect of all safety matters
A salary based on your experience, up to € ⚠ ⚠ gross per month
