OVERVIEW:

You will be part of a brave team delivering A+ Customer Experience to more than 1.500 distributors and many end-users throughout the EMEA-region. Via phone, email or chat you solve technical problems, give repair and application advice, report and monitor product quality issues and help configure customized application set-ups. Furthermore you also ensure that everything internally is running smoothly while supporting your remote commercial colleagues as well as internal departments such as Customer Service, Marketing and Quality with your technical knowledge.

To be successful in this position you need to be able to learn fast, work fast, be organized and meticulous. It is also a role where you take ownership, so you must be able to improve processes, manage stress well and be communicative towards your colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide expert product, application & repair advice

Monitor and report product defects

Support Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, etc. on technical issues

Resolve and answer product related legal issues and compliancy questions

Perform technical trainings in Maasmechelen for internal and external customers, if required

Travel occasionally to field, as required, to establish service feedback, perform technical training and technical product suppor t as required.

Jouw profiel

Education : Higher technical or equivalent by experience

Skills :

- You have an allround technical field and trouble shooting experience

- We are looking to extend the team with an Italian, German, French or Spanish speaking colleague. However, English is a must and preferably (an)other European language(s) will be great too, given the international diversity of our customer base.

- You are familiar working with MS Office and common Digital Enterprise Supporting Systems.

- You have commercial feeling and excellent communication skills.

- Very good knowledge of Electromechanics. A passion for automation, PLC or Robot Applications will be a big asset.
