Jouw profiel

• Very good knowledge of English, German and French (spoken and written). Good knowledge of Spanish (spoken and written). Knowledge of Dutch or Italian (spoken and written) is an additional advantage.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to promote diamond products and expand our customer base. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients, retailers, and partners.
• Making self initiation to develop business and to achieve target.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products and network with key stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, Power Point and Outlook) .
• Knowledge of Diamonds grading is a big plus.
