Execute the daily production program in the established sequence and according to priority.

Track the timely provision of materials during production.

Coordinate with the transport and customer service area the shipments scheduled for the day.

Coordinate scheduled deliveries and number of trucks per day with the purchasing area.

Measure and report storage capacities.

Ensure compliance with the accuracy of the inventory.

Ensure the correct transfer of materials both physically and in SAP.

Train and guide the operators and drivers to reach the targets from the area.

Responsible to keep the organization physically.

Ensure that safety rules are being respected.

Implement Lean Operative Tools in Shopfloor (Standardization, 5S).

Manage the Operative team in charge: distribution of personnel by area, control of overtime, assignment of schedules.

Control and prepare the analysis of the main KPIs of the area and prepare the daily shift reports.

Jouw profiel

3 years of experience working in the same or similar roles in industrial companies.

Intermediate English

MS Office intermediate (mandatory)

Studies on warehouse management or inventory control (mandatory)

License to drive forklift

SAP MM

Leadership skills Soft skills: learning agility, dealing with ambiguity, drive for results, customer focus, proactivity, organization, assertiveness, decision making time, effective communication.

• Een machine gebruiken waarvoor een opleiding of attest vereist is: Heftruck
• De ontvangst van bestellingen controleren
  De behandelingsvolgorde bepalen
• De opvolggegevens van de activiteiten registreren
  Afwijkingen vaststellen
• De logistieke activiteiten bij ontvangst, verzending en levering coördineren en controleren
• De verdeling van de opslagplaatsen op de site organiseren en het beheer opvolgen
• Interne of externe klanten informeren over de behandeling en opvolging van orders
• Het beheer van product-, goederen- of grondstofvoorraden organiseren of controleren (codering, rotatie, ...)
