Functie

As a Private Label Commercial Associate, you will be responsible for implementing the company's Private Label strategy in all distribution channels: in own/independent pharmacies, in an eCommerce environment, marketplaces and presence on social media to increase brand awareness and distribution to the general public. You will also be responsible for promoting the company's brands to pharmacists and representatives. You have to implement the commercial and marketing action plan using information media such as social media, point-of-sale promotions or eComm platforms. You must understand consumer needs and expectations and use this knowledge to create effective advertising campaigns. You must be a team player to succeed: you must work closely with the product development, marketing and sales teams to ensure that the brand is perceived positively by consumers.

You will be involved in various missions to develop the brand strategy. You will be responsible for:

  • Commercial Strategy: Develop, implement and review a 360° multichannel commercial strategy of the various Private Label Brands.
  • Brand Strategy: implement and review the Brands marketing strategy. Identify distribution channels likely to market the brand, develop partnerships (media, advertisers, B2B-customers, etc.) to increase sales or brand awareness. Ensure that the Communication strategy is properly implemented and coordinate the various media campaigns..
  • Budget & Result management: Manage budgets for Promotional & advertising campaigns, events and partnerships. Monitor sales, market trends & performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of Brand Strategy all whilst optimizing costs according to situation.
  • Brand Awareness: You are the owner to ensure an increased positive brand awareness and perception to the targeted B2B-customers and General public.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, customers & partners to ensure everyone understands the brands’ objectives & activities.
  • Participate in e-influence and e-reputation strategy in collaboration with the Digital team.

Jouw profiel

  • Master degree in Business Engineering, Brand Management, Marketing, Communications
  • + 2‐5 years of experience in Commerical & Marketing functions, Business Development
  • Market segmentation, targeting, positioning, branding and communication strategy, budget management, growth and opportunities are keywords of your professional dictionary
  • Decision-making and convincing skills, accuracy, planful, solutions oriented & problem solver, proactive, communicative, rapport builder
  • Perfectly bilingual in Dutch / French and profound English
