Customer Support Coordinator


Robert Half is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator (M/F/X) for a client located in Hoeilaart.
Our client is active in the food industry.


It's a fulltime position with the possibility to receive a fix contract after a positive interim period.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high quality support to the valued customers while coordinating and overseeing support operations.

* Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels
* Managing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
* Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer queries
* Monitoring customer support metrics and generating reports to track performance
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
* Assisting in the training and onboarding of new customer support team members
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Being the single point of contact for our customers in the food industry.


* Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (both written and verbal)
* Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a fast paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
* Prior experience with ticketing systems is a plus
