Inside Sales Representative (m-f-x

For one of our Belgian clients with great international activities, we're looking for an Inside Sales Representative (m-f-x) with very good knowledge of French, Dutch, English and German is an asset.

Our client is based in the west side of Brabant Wallon and offers a dynamic and ambitious work environment.

Your tasks will be :

  • Understand the reasons and gather relevant market information why customers are buying the brands product or its competitors by engaging with customers in conversations ;
  • Record customer feedback, preferences, and any market trends observed during interactions ;
  • Accurately input and update customer information in the company database ;
  • Ensure the integrity and completeness of customer records ;
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including feedback and inquiries ;
  • Inform customers about ongoing promotions and special offers ;
  • Highlight key features and benefits of the products/services ;
  • Transfer qualified leads and valuable customer insights to the sales team for further action ;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in gathering market intelligence ;
  • Actively interact with marketing and product development teams, to gather crucial data about the communication tools and product feedback.

Your profile :

  • You have already a first relevant experience with that kind of scope OR you show a real interest for an inside sales job ;
  • You're customer oriented ;
  • You like the contacts by phone, gathering as much information as you can and building trustful relationships ;
  • You are well organized and can set priorities ;
  • You have a very good knowledge of French, Dutch and English : German is an asset.
