Sales representative

C&W Agency, subsidiary of the German Kirchhoff-Gruppe, is looking for a bilingual (NL/FR) sales representative for its further expansion in the Benelux.

The activity of C&W Agency consists of the commercialisation and maintenance of domestic waste collection vehicles, sweepers, sweeping accessories, alternative drive trucks.


  • Expansion of existing and new clientele within the Benelux by regular visits to companies and business premises
  • Be responsible for relationship management of assigned accounts and keep abreast of customer developments
  • Building activity B⚠B, but also to public administrations
  • Searching for new customers through various channels
  • Analysing and observing the market as well as customer needs
  • Managing leads/projects from initial contact to closing a deal to delivery of the final product.
  • Translating the customer's need, into the product that meets it.
  • Assist in organising and participating in trade fairs.
  • Organising and carrying out demonstrations
  • Collaborate with inside sales and report the activities to the commercial Management.
  • Attending coordination meetings
  • Responsible for further commercial expansion, through input of own experience and new challenges.
  • Acting as a confidant between company and end customer.

  • Possesses a driving licence B and resides in Belgium
  • Possibly possesses a C driving licence, which would be a great asset
  • Is perfectly bilingual (Dutch/French) and enjoys basic English and/or German, at least the spoken language
  • Preferably has a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, economics, or equivalent through experience
  • Has experience and strong affinity with engineering (auto mechanics, hydraulica and pneumatics....)
  • Is willing to travel within the entire Benelux.
  • Is very eager to learn so that within the company, career opportunities become possible
  • Likes to work with clear objectives
  • Has a strong sales drive and negotiates prices in collaboration with management
  • Is communicative, flexible, disciplined and independent (own agenda)
  • Can handle PC, smartphone, ... and all digital communication tools as well as the current Microsoft programmes, Word, Excel, Outlook fluently
  • Is willing to travel within Europe for various training courses
  • Is willing to work within a ⚠-day work week (Mon-Fri, ⚠-hour schedule)
  • Can demonstrate the ability to work in an accurate and structured manner.
  • Can empathise with customer issues
