Your responsibilities

In close collaboration with our team lead for operations and with our colleagues of the sales team, you support the smooth transition from contract to start of operations.

You ensure that the new customers feel safe and secure from day 1 of working with Paybix.

That means:

• setting up Epix flawlessly, with the right configuration and data for all the countries and persons in scope,
• communicating timely and comprehensively with the local payroll providers, our partners, and
• following up with the customer in the first months after going live until Epix and the payroll operations run smoothly.

With regards to the continuous enhancements and extension of Paybix, you contribute to the alignment of Epix with the payroll engines of our partners, and the testing of developments given such integrations.

You co-build the user documentation for Epix and train our customers in the use of Epix.

You contribute and participate in webinars and presentations of Epix to prospects and customers.

Profile

You:

• have a minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll, preferably in international payroll
• think conceptually
• have a strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• love to interact with customers and audiences
• know how to present complex information and processes in an intelligible way
• are fluent in spoken and written English
• have a knack for organisation and project management
• are a great listener and communicator
• have a very strong quality drive
• are an extraverted optimist
• thrive in small teams
• are not seeking the safety of a corporate (unfulfilling) job
• want to experience the thrill of being part of a winning international payroll team.

• De technische, economische, … informatie en de reglementering opvolgen en actualiseren
• Controleren of de gebruikers de informatiesystemen gelijkvormig gebruiken (regels, procedures, ...)
• Lastenboeken en functionele en algemene specificaties uitwerken, bijwerken en aan de opdrachtgever overmaken
• Samen met informatici een softwarepakket kiezen en een werkwijze aanbevelen voor de toepassing in de onderneming (ontwerp, ontwikkeling, uitrol)
• Strategische keuzes voor de evolutie van de informatiesystemen van de onderneming bepalen en aanbevelen
• Gegevensdragers opstellen voor informatiedoorstroming of opleiding en deze doorgeven aan de betrokken personen
• De architectuur van de informatiesystemen van de onderneming analyseren
• Behoeften van de opdrachtgever identificeren
  Vakprocessen analyseren
  Opportuniteit en uitvoerbaarheid evalueren
• Functionele oplossingen formaliseren en bepalen
  Evoluties en functionele uitbreidingen van het informatiesysteem voorstellen aan de opdrachtgever
• De realisatie van projecten superviseren en coördineren
• Functionele tests van de ontwikkelde toepassingen uitvoeren en opvolgen
• Gebruikers begeleiden of opleiden over de nieuwe vakprocessen en toepassingen
• Overgaan tot het uitvoeren van functionele en technische verbeteringen
