International Sales Manager

Our client 🔗is a leading designer, developer and manufacturer of live video transport and processing solutions for OEMs and developers. Its solutions offer the best quality and lowest latency to meet the most demanding applications in TV broadcasting, ProAV, medical technology, aerospace and many other markets.

The company also has a sister company, Deltacast, which supplies virtual overlays for TV production of sports events). Deltacast and 🔗 are both part of the M&D Partners a consultancy specialising in the design of embedded systems and customised autonomous electronic and IT systems.

Founded in ⚠ by three Belgian engineers fascinated by technological innovation, the M&D Partners is based in Ans and is now one of Belgium's leading technology companies, with a turnover that is constantly growing. It employs over ⚠ people.


Reporting directly to and working closely with the Head of Product Sales, your main task will be to develop the business portfolio for 🔗's activities by promoting and selling to the customers and/or prospects assigned to you, mainly on the export market.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • to do your utmost to promote and position the products as effectively as possible with developers and end-users;
  • to maintain the existing customer base and convert as many prospects as possible into customers;
  • to be in regular contact with prospects and customers;
  • to identify as many opportunities as possible for each prospect (cross-selling);
  • to collect all relevant market information and report it accurately to internal teams so that products can be delivered in line with customer requirements;
  • to develop relationships of trust with your customers and with the various departments of the company with which you end up working;
  • to work with your manager to standardise prices;
  • to negotiate contracts and draw up full offers within the framework of the rules established by the company;
  • to take part in and represent 🔗 at international trade fairs.

  • Higher education qualification in a technical field (electronics, IT, etc.) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar sales role (targeting OEMs).
  • Experience of complex and lengthy sales processes, requiring strong negotiating skills and a good understanding of customers' needs and requirements.
  • A passion for sales and an interest in hardware and/or embedded software technology.
  • The curiosity to understand this constantly changing environment, maximise sales and report transparently to internal teams.
  • Articulate and easy to talk to.
  • Known for being autonomous, proactive and thorough.
  • Perfect command of English; any other language would be an asset.
  • A good command of the Office suite (Excel in particular).
  • Interest in travelling around the world, up to a maximum of ⚠% of working time (mainly in the US and Europe).
