Seeking a dynamic and talented Marketing Manager to join this dynamic organization. As the driving force behind impressive material handling machines, you will play a pivotal role in bringing them to market, engaging a passionate audience, and ultimately driving sales.

With a focus on creating captivating content, producing compelling marketing materials, and coordinating impactful events across Europe, you will have the freedom to unleash your creativity and shape a brand that resonates with owners and operators across various sectors.

The responsibilities for this position are:

• You develop and execute on-brand marketing strategies with clear objectives and goals.
• You work closely with the product team for successful machine launches.
• You collaborate with the marketing team to enhance Press & PR presence.
• You maintain an up-to-date website for maximum visibility and engagement.
• You plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels.
• You manage photography, video, and CGI assets to highlight product attributes.
• You coordinate with external agencies for smooth project management.
• You support the Dealer Network in Europe with top-notch assets and support.
• You plan and execute events throughout Europe , including travel and on-site assistance.
• You assist sales efforts with lead generation, CRM, and campaign refinement.

Jouw profiel

Qualifications required are:

• You have 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications .
• You possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive activities.
• You have experience in managing both offline and online channels .
• You bring brand management experience, ideally with a challenger brand.
• You demonstrate strategic thinking, are highly organized, and possess exceptional brief writing skills.
• You have experience in budget planning and management .
• You exhibit strong reporting and communication skills , with a focus on providing recommendations for improvement.
• You excel in organizational skills, able to meet complex deadlines .
• You possess comprehensive knowledge of campaign development and implementation.
• You have excellent proficiency in English , with additional European language skills preferred.
• You are detail-oriented , able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You maintain a positive attitude and are determined to achieve exceptional results.
• You have an affinity and previous experience with their business, specifically experience in the business of material handling is a great asset, or in marketing large equipment, automotive, off-Highway, or agricultural equipment.
• Frequent travelling is required in this position.

• De promotiecampagne van de producten uitdenken en opstarten
• De activiteiten van een team coördineren
  Een organisatie leiden
• De marketingstrategie van de onderneming uitwerken op basis van marktonderzoek
• Acties uitvoeren ter ondersteuning van het personeelsbeheer (aanwerving, opleiding, ...)
