in the area of IT administration

Your main tasks

• On-site and remote support in the town hall and municipal facilities (e.g. daycare centers, building yard, community center, music school, municipal library)
• Support with application issues relating to Microsoft Windows ⚠, current Microsoft Office versions and the IT service provider AKDB
• Assistance with hardware and software malfunctions, analysis and documentation of requests and responsibility for the progress of support tickets
• Internal preparation and handover of hardware products (PC, notebook, smartphone, tablet)
• Maintenance of existing hardware and software, including service work on servers and network components

Your profile

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) in system integration or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge in the IT sector and enjoy working in a technical field
• Very good knowledge in the areas of client / server in Microsoft environments
• Very good knowledge of network technology and network infrastructure, operating systems (primarily Windows ⚠) and current end devices in the client-server area (workstations, notebooks, printers, scanners, smartphones)
• Experience in a hotline or similar support environment is desirable
• A quick grasp and reliable and independent way of working
• A calm and confident demeanor in stressful situations and the ability to work under pressure
• Commitment, ability to work in a team and a high sense of responsibility
