Field of activity

Within the IT department, our division is responsible for customer relationship management with our customers, the departments and staff areas of the DRV-Bund. Our activities focus on the analysis and evaluation of business process optimizations, coordination with our customers on strategic IT projects & planning, consulting on possible IT solutions and active expectation management. We define standards, coordinate specialist domain-specific requirements management and provide support in strategy and IT service portfolio development.

Your tasks

  • You work in the central account management of the IT department
  • Development of strategic customer relationships in the IT specialist area assigned to you
  • Exchange on strategic projects / customer requirements and relevant specialist processes
  • Active consulting on possible IT solutions in connection with expected or possible optimizations in the business processes
  • Coordinating requirements management and managing the continuous exchange at various hierarchical levels

Your profile

  • A completed university degree (Bachelor's, Diplom FH) in IT, economics, administration or related courses of study or an equivalent qualification or completed vocational training (commercial, administrative or IT-related)
  • Several years of task-relevant professional experience
  • Experience in actively maintaining customer relationships, analyzing business processes and IT service management is an advantage
  • A high level of coordination and management skills, strong communication skills and the willingness to actively develop new structures round off your profile
