The right candidate will join a diverse and driven team based at The Diamond Club in Antwerp.

THE POSITION

Langerman Diamonds and Langerman Jewelry are looking for a self-driven marketing and project management professional. We are looking for a competent, creative yet structured marketing and project manager to join our team. You must have experience with the following areas of work and preferably experience from the jewelry or the diamond industry.

• You must be fluent in English, with excellent written and spoken skills .

• A strong visual eye and style, and the ability to understand market needs and changes.

• We also place high importance on you being tech savvy and eager to learn.

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing.

AREAS OF WORK

• Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and updates of our website, ensuring it reflects the latest brand messaging and offerings.

• SEO & SEA Expertise: Stay informed and adept in SEO and SEA strategies to drive sales and enhance social media engagement effectively.

• Agency Collaboration: Coordinate with external agencies to enhance prioritized aspects of the website for optimal performance.

• Content Coordination: Collaborate with copywriters to curate engaging content for blogs, newsletters, websites, and social media platforms.

• Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of developments in the diamond industry and effectively communicate significant events to clients and followers.

• Social Media Management: Take charge of all social media channels, devising sales-oriented initiatives and consistently promoting the brand to maintain a strong online presence.

• Brand Advocacy: Champion the brand's values and ensure their consistent representation across all communication channels.

• Project Development: Lead the conception and execution of select marketing projects, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals.

This position is hybrid (with the possibility of most days working remotely) and for a 4 months fixed contract (June - September) with possibilities of extensions.
