Customer Support Representative

Functie

What we’re looking for is a person that is truly motivated, eager to learn and help people, someone who loves and believes in WhatsApp as a solution for local shops, willing to go the extra mile to help the mama-papa shops to sell their products online and simplify the order process.

You will work directly with the sales department and the customer success manager to guarantee that food shops like bakeries can register smoothly and succesfully and start using our product: "orderlemon" at their best convenience.

You will handle priority situations (urgent cases) and coordinate with the team to provide a customer with a solution.

Exceptional Communication Skills: We're seeking a candidate who can handle calls and tickets with ease and patiente, providing clear and friendly assistance and guidance to our customers.

You will be the main point of contact for our customers ensuring they receive outstanding customer support by answering inquiries through email, chat and phone.

Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential for effectively communicating with our customer base and colleagues.

Proactive Attitude: We need someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and engage with customers to resolve their inquiries promptly and professionally or is able to detect anomalies in the product and act on them. Your input is vital to future development.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring that our software meets the highest standards and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and bring solutions to the clients needs.

Leaving near Kasterlee, Belgium

Ideally with a car permit ( there is no train station in Kasterlee )

  • De oplossingen en technische aanbevelingen bepalen en aan de klanten meedelen
  • Technische problemen en vereisten van de klant analyseren
  • Klanten informeren over de opgemerkte technische problemen, aan te brengen wijzigingen en uit te voeren herstellingen
  • Domein: Informatica en telecommunicatie
  • Technisch opvolgen van de producten en hun ontwikkeling bij de klanten
  • Databanken met vragen, antwoorden, kennis en technische oplossingen uit het verleden actualiseren
  • Complexe technische problemen overmaken aan specialisten (studies, onderzoek, onderhoud, ...)
  • De tussenkomsten van de teams en de bijstand aan klanten organiseren en controleren
  • Een project leiden
  • Dossiers behandelen of ze aan de betreffende dienst overmaken (geschillen, ...)

Aanbod

You will start with an IBO with VDAB during 6 months and after that you will sign a contract with us.
