Sales Manager Belgium - Drainage Solutions


As Sales Manager Belgium, you will manage a team of 7 to 10 people.

You will have a focus on B2B project sales.

As Sales Manager Belgium, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead and manage a team of 7 to 10 sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive project sales in the industrial and public works sectors.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineering firms, municipalities, and contractors to drive business development.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Implement new processes and initiatives to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Accompany sales teams on client visits to provide support, guidance, and strategic direction.
  • Act as a true leader and mentor, inspiring the team to excel and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Proven experience in project sales, with a preference for candidates with experience in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales methodologies is preferred.
