You will join an international company from Machelen active in the
chemical sector. You will work in a small team with a good working atmosphere with stability. They provide a thorough training in the office and afterwards 2 days of homeworking are possible. Moreover, the working hours are flexible (start between 7:30-9:30 am) and because you work 39 hours per week you are entitled to 6 adv days annually. In total, you are entitled to 30 leave days annually. On Fridays you can quit as early as 2:30pm. Finally, they also provide monthly initiatives for a good working atmosphere (yoga, lunch, ...)
As a customer service representative, you will support the sales manager and be the first point of contact for customers. You follow up orders from a-z (order intake, order input, logistics, invoicing) and handle technical questions about the products. You also have regular contact with headquarters in connection with stock management.
