We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic Parts Department as a Technical Customer Support Coordinator. You'll serve as the crucial link between our esteemed dealers and our headquarters, ensuring smooth communication and comprehensive support.

About the job

  • Engage in daily communication with dealers, addressing technical, ordering, delivery, and other parts-related inquiries via email, phone, and our dealer portal.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to our products or services.

  • Maintain regular contact with our Korean headquarters to gather essential information on technical details, lead times, pricing, and parts-related issues.

  • Handle and diligently follow up on parts warranty claims and returns, ensuring swift resolutions.

  • Support dealers on portal questions/advise on improvements.

  • Organize and participate in dealer training on our digital systems.

  • Curate and update product information in our central parts information system, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

  • Foster close collaboration with our Parts Procurement and Parts Sales teams, addressing ordering and technical queries promptly.

  • Support aftermarket commercial campaigns through dealer contact online/phone.

Jouw profiel

  • You have a certain technical expertise in the automotive, agricultural or construction equipment sector either through experience or through education.

  • You have good communication skills and you are precise in administrative tasks.

  • Preferably you have previous experience in a customer service role/technical support role.

  • You are fluent in English (written & spoken) and mastering at least one of these languages (German, French or Italian).

  • Strong proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems, enabling efficient task and data management.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
