Responsibilities:
• Translating new security initiatives into project end-to-end architecture and roadmap taking into account the company target architecture and non-functional requirements
• Analysing and designing the potential paths forward for projects affecting the company security eco-system
• Designing solutions, taking into account functional and non-functional requirements such as availability, performance, scalability and security
• Documenting your architecture and designs, creating the necessary supporting artefacts (drawings, etc.) to communicate and create buy-in with the various stakeholders
• Documenting architectural decisions
• Identifying risks, and proposing and elaborating mitigating measures.

Your Profile:
Are you passionate about technology and security (especially Identity & Access Management)? Do you have a can-do attitude? Then you’ll fit in perfectly with us.
• You have an IT or security Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the following security domains: Identity & Access Management and Governance, Privileged Access Management
• At least 5 years’ experience in IT architecture/design
• You design solutions, taking into account the customer’s needs and the risks to the organization
• You are good at identifying security flaws/risks in IT solutions and know how to mitigate these
• You have strong communication skills and are able to convince others by your involvement, assertiveness and knowledge
• You dare to take decisions in complex situations
• You are a problem solver, focused on simplicity and efficiency
• You speak English fluently
• Knowledge of any of the following technologies/solutions is a plus: Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, IBM ISAM, ForgeRock, Sailpoint, Saviynt, EmpowerID, CyberArk

• Controleren of de gebruikers de informatiesystemen gelijkvormig gebruiken (regels, procedures, ...)
• De technische, economische, … informatie en de reglementering opvolgen en actualiseren
• Samen met informatici een softwarepakket kiezen en een werkwijze aanbevelen voor de toepassing in de onderneming (ontwerp, ontwikkeling, uitrol)
• Overgaan tot het uitvoeren van functionele en technische verbeteringen
  De applicatie uitrollen (parametrering, opvolging, ...)
• Gegevensdragers opstellen voor informatiedoorstroming of opleiding en deze doorgeven aan de betrokken personen
• Behoeften van de opdrachtgever identificeren
  Vakprocessen analyseren
  Opportuniteit en uitvoerbaarheid evalueren
• Lastenboeken en functionele en algemene specificaties uitwerken, bijwerken en aan de opdrachtgever overmaken
• De architectuur van de informatiesystemen van de onderneming analyseren
• Functionele oplossingen formaliseren en bepalen
  Evoluties en functionele uitbreidingen van het informatiesysteem voorstellen aan de opdrachtgever
• Strategische keuzes voor de evolutie van de informatiesystemen van de onderneming bepalen en aanbevelen
• Gebruikers begeleiden of opleiden over de nieuwe vakprocessen en toepassingen
• Functionele tests van de ontwikkelde toepassingen uitvoeren en opvolgen
• De realisatie van projecten superviseren en coördineren
