• Perform technical service, both preventative and break fix repair
• Assist during installation projects of new equipment combined with correct documentation and on-site instruction of hospital staffing, both users and technical staff, in collaboration with the team
• Maintain Field Service inventory of replacement parts. Return defective material in a timely manner, and order replacements in accordance with company policy
• Perform E-mail, telephone and remote support for customers if needed
• Provide feedback on equipment performance and service processes to the service management and commercial operations team.
• Ensure a superior level of customer satisfaction with regards to after sales support
• Perform other duties as assigned

Jouw profiel

• Technical education (Electronics, Mechanics, Instrumentation) or a proven Track Record on either one of the area’s
• Experienced (minimum of 1-2 years’ experience) in Field Service execution within the Medical Devices Industry
• Experienced in service and repair of medical equipment in an MDD/MDR and ISO regulated environment
• Excellent communicative skills in minimal Dutch, French and English. German is appreciated, but not required
• Excellent customer interaction skills
• Solid computer (MS Office and engineering software packages) and networking (SQL) skills to effectively use Windows based software
• Willingness to travel throughout BeNeLux
• Driver’s License B

• Voorbereidende tests uitvoeren voor het in werking stellen van de elektrische installatie of uitrusting
• De voorwaarden en modaliteiten voor interventies aan elektrische installaties of uitrusting bepalen en het gereedschap klaarmaken
• Bepalen welke herstellingen aan de elektrische installatie of uitrusting nodig zijn en de defecte onderdelen opsporen
• Technische werken uitvoeren: Elektriciteitskasten bekabelen (relais, besturingsrelais, ...)
• De onderdelen van de drager (behuizing, kasten, afdekking, ...) demonteren, vervangen of herstellen
• Technische werken uitvoeren: Printplaten vervangen
• De opvolggegevens van interventies registreren en de informatie doorgeven aan de betrokken dienst
• De werkzaamheden plannen volgens de behoeften of bestellingen van klanten
• Een defect of storing van elektrische oorsprong of onreglementaire situaties lokaliseren en diagnosticeren
• Een computer aansluiten op de uitrusting en storingen opsporen met behulp van geregistreerde programma's
