IT Supporter (m/f/d) Medical Technology

We are an innovative company in the field of medical technology for cardiopulmonary functional diagnostics.

Your tasks:

• Installing and maintaining our medical products (mainly software) in hospitals and at doctors' surgeries - usually remotely
• Contact person for technical questions from our customers
• Support of the field service with technical questions
• You are the interface between end users, sales partners and colleagues

Your profile:

• You have a strong affinity for IT
• You enjoy customer contact and know how to deal with demanding customers
• You are confident in dealing with current Windows and mac OS operating systems
• You have an independent, customer and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
