Functie

• Take control of cost management and savings initiatives.
• Compile information for purchase orders, liaise with vendors, and ensure timely product delivery to branches, customers and job sites.
• Drive improvement by leading projects for continuous enhancement within the Supply Chain.
• Implement advanced inventory replenishment methods to minimize dead, slow, and scrap inventory while maximizing availability for active items.
• Develops and oversees databases to ensure seamless system functionality, including those for Material Requirements Planning (MRP), safety stocks, and lead times.
• Work closely with Customer Care, Product Management, and Operations teams for seamless coordination.
• Manage the Order Administration Process, issuing approved Purchase, Intercompany, and/or
• Manufacturing Orders as directed by the requestor or in accordance with MRP software requirements.
• Engage with suppliers to resolve issues and discrepancies in delivery dates, quantities, or invoices. Proactively follows up to secure the best possible delivery dates and implements effective solutions for any arising problems.
• Collaborates with Victaulic Manufacturing Facilities worldwide to formulate material replenishment and inventory plans for new product introductions, engineering changes, and other events impacting product inventory and availability.

Jouw profiel

• You have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related business field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Purchasing, expediting, Material Control, or related fields.
• Fluent in English, any supplementary language is an asset.
• Customer-oriented, stress resilient, and committed to meet deadlines.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management required.
• Willing to make occasionally travel abroad.
