Organizer (m/f/d) in IT projects

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

In the data processing department at our head office in Kassel, we are looking to fill the position of

ORGANIZER (m/f/d)
IN IT PROJECTS

to be filled on a full-time or part-time basis.

The department is responsible, among other things, for the development and support of self-developed software to support the performance of tasks by our employees (m/f/d). We maintain a modern corporate culture with flat hierarchies and open doors and are a future-proof employer in a regulated environment

Your tasks:

To meet our customers' requirements, we work in interdisciplinary teams on technically demanding projects. We are increasingly using agile approaches with the roles of Product Owner and Scrum Master. Depending on the skill, the range of tasks includes

  • Definition of product visions and goals
  • Coordination of communication between stakeholders and development team
  • Documenting requirements and user stories clearly and comprehensibly
  • Product backlog maintenance to ensure that the greatest benefit is achieved
  • Ensure the continuous delivery of high quality projects
  • Support the development team in their activities, remove obstacles and ensure the smooth running of meetings
  • Promote the continuous improvement of the team's way of working

We take for granted:

Completed technical/university studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, administrative informatics or in comparable courses of study or a comparable qualification with many years of practical application in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility

We expect the following from you:

  • Extensive experience in the management of IT projects, or as a project manager (m/f/d), product owner or scrum master
  • Very good knowledge of the various procedures and methods for implementing IT projects
  • Knowledge in the management/control of teams
  • Practice in requirements management and requirements analysis
  • Confident knowledge and application of project management techniques and tools
  • Certifications such as "Certified ScrumMaster" or "Certified Scum Product Owner" are an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German (language level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
  • Planning skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Cooperation and teamwork skills
  • Communication skills and target group orientation
  • Willingness for further education and training
  • Mobility and flexibility to undertake business trips

WHO WE ARE

The LWV Hessen is supported by the Hessian districts and independent cities and enables disabled people to participate in society: It finances support for disabled and socially disadvantaged people in their everyday lives and at work. It supports special schools and early intervention centers. It is the sole shareholder of Vitos gGmbH.
