We are currently looking for a Recruiter NL-FR to join our team and spearhead the recruitment of merchandisers, sales promoters, and brand ambassadors .

Contract type: full-time permanent contract (38h/week) - Monday to Friday.
Start date: as soon as possible
Location: Tollaan 95 - 1982 Sint-Stevens-Woluwe

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Develop enticing job descriptions, emphasizing growth opportunities and company benefits.
• Manage job postings on diverse platforms to reach qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the communications team to create engaging content.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from screening to candidate onboarding.
• Coordinate closely with the Perm recruitment team for effective candidate management.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the FLEX recruitment service.
• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels.
• Represent the company at job fairs to attract new talent.
• Conduct on-site recruitment sessions to showcase opportunities.
• Participate in management meetings to address recruitment challenges and propose ideas.
