We are seeking an experienced and energetic Field Marketer to oversee our field marketing operations and execution within the BeLux region.

This role is pivotal in driving our brand’s presence and engagement through strategic field marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing events, managing partnerships, and collaborating closely with the sales team to enhance our market position.

The role is offered on a 12-months fixed term, full-time employment contract basis.

We also offer a hybrid working scheme with 4 days in-office & 1 day remote work possibility.

Your key responsibilities include

  • Lead the planning and execution of field marketing strategies conform the corporate processes to support sales objectives in the BeLux region.
  • Organize and lead the execution of events, seminars, webinars, trade shows, and partner activities to generate leads and elevate brand visibility.
  • Actively participate in events, representing the brand and fostering connections with potential clients and partners.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with local partners, communities, and influencers to extend marketing reach.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of field activities with broader business goals.
  • Oversee the field marketing budget, optimizing spend for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and recommend adjustments to enhance future performance.

Jouw profiel

  • Experience in field marketing covering the BeLux market, with focus on event management.
  • Degree (HBO or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships.
  • Fluent in English and either Dutch or French, ideally both.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, Office 365, among other systems.
  • Availability to travel within the BeLux region and actively participate in events.

  • De administratieve stappen voor het evenement uitvoeren (formaliteiten, toestemmingen, ...)
  • Een netwerk van partners, leveranciers en dienstverleners opbouwen en onderhouden
  • De behoeften van de klant identificeren en naargelang de verwachtingen adviseren
  • Een kostenraming opmaken en samen met de klant een contract opstellen voor de dienstverlening
  • Een klanten- of prospectenbestand uitwerken
