We are looking for a Commercial Specialist Central Europe

Are you a customer-focused individual with experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)? Do you have strong account management skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

As a Customer Service Representative at Paulig, you will be responsible for responding to customer requests, gathering feedback and satisfaction to exceed expectations, and reporting on client turnover to clients.

You will also support accounts and prospects, manage promotions and inventory, complete logistics and quality documents, and coordinate product adjustment activities.

Jouw profiel

What we appreciate:

  • Fluent English and good knowledge of German

  • Customer-focused individual with experience in FMCG

  • Strong account management skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • University degree or equivalent based on working experience

  • Experience in a commercial role in FMCG is a plus

  • Key accounts van de organisatie opvolgen
    Het klanten-/prospectenpotentieel analyseren
  • Budgetten opstellen en beheren
  • De commerciële strategie in een geografische zone organiseren: Internationaal
