Functie

A dynamic role in which you work in a customer-oriented, administrative and practical manner. You are the point of contact for customers in Brussels, Wallonia and Flemish Brabant, where you prepare quotes, process orders and ensure accurate administrative follow-up of customer files.

You have a bachelor's degree or already have some experience in a customer-facing and administrative role. Relieving our customers' daily worries is central to you. With your dynamism, commitment and quick adaptability, you are Somati FIE's best business card. You are administratively strong and accurate, where quality and service come first. You are also proficient in MS Office and preferably have experience with Navision or a comparable ERP system. As a bilingual NL/FR communicator, you fulfill this role with ease.

  • Opvolggegevens van de activiteiten registreren
    Jaarrapporten opstellen
    Verbeteringen voorstellen
  • Kwaliteitsprocedures van de klantendienst uitwerken of verder uitwerken
    Controleren of kwaliteitsprocedures toegepast worden
