THESE CHALLENGES ARE WAITING FOR YOU:

• Coordination of service agreements (service level agreement, SLA) with customers and service/product owners (SPO)
• Involvement in the transition (service introduction) of customer service
• Clarification of customer requirements
• Monitoring and controlling service quality and the agreed service content
• Continuous further development of service quality and processes
• Identification of information deficits or gaps in service provision
• Communication and relationship management with customers
• Collaboration with account management

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Sound professional experience in IT service management and in dealing with customers and internal partners
• Knowledge of ITIL, project and process management
• Clear service, customer and product orientation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills combined with strong implementation skills
• High solution orientation and ability to design and interpret key figures
