Organizer (m/f/d) in the IT environment

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

In the data processing department at our head office in Kassel, we are looking to fill the position of

ORGANIZER (m/f/d) IN THE IT ENVIRONMENT

to be filled.
The department is responsible, among other things, for the development and support of self-developed software to support the performance of tasks by our employees (m/f/d). We maintain a modern corporate culture with flat hierarchies and open doors and are a future-proof employer in a regulated environment

Your tasks:

The main focus of your work is the support of users (m/f/d) of dialog-oriented applications within and outside the LWV Hessen (2nd-level support)


Your range of tasks includes:

  • Support and advice for users (m/f/d)
  • Basic administration and customizing of applications as well as conducting presentation and training events
  • Collaboration in existing and new data processing projects

Depending on qualifications and performance, tasks in the

  • Planning and conception of complex applications in close cooperation with users (m/f/d) from the specialist departments of the LWV, as well as the sister associations LVR and LWL and the
  • Introduction, commissioning and further development of applications conceivable.

We require the following:

Completed technical/university studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, administrative informatics or in comparable courses of study or a comparable qualification with many years of practical application in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility

We expect the following from you:

  • Knowledge in the support (2nd-level support) of dialog-oriented applications
  • Knowledge in the use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Good knowledge of the relevant legal areas of SGB IX, SGB XII and SGB X, individual participation and overall planning, the LWV applications used and IT projects is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German skills
  • Communication skills and addressee orientation
  • Cooperation and ability to work in a team
  • Stability and resilience
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think and act analytically and economically
  • Great commitment based on a strong understanding of service
  • Willingness for further education and training
  • Mobility and flexibility to undertake business trips

WHO WE ARE

The LWV Hessen is supported by the Hessian districts and independent cities and enables disabled people to participate in society: It finances support for disabled and socially disadvantaged people in their everyday lives and at work. It supports special schools and early intervention centers. It is the sole shareholder of Vitos gGmbH.
