Sales Engineering Coördinator

Functie

  • You coordinate the activities of the Internal Sales team, overseeing the creation of quotations and hatchery designs as well as the order processing. You also organize the support of the Area Sales team.
  • You suggest and implement continuous improvement in the sales quotation flow.
  • You are responsible for the efficient operation of the entire team, by coaching the individual team members and assisting them in problem-solving and determining the right priorities.
  • You coordinate optimization and standardization projects with regard to our project equipment (Automation, HVAC,...) and turnkey hatchery offering, based on your and your team's technical knowledge and practical experience. You work in synchronization with Product Management, R&D, Purchasing, Service and Post-Sales Engineering to achieve this goal.
  • You benchmark the competitiveness of our offers.
  • You are the contact person for other departments for all Internal Sales related matters.
  • You are the point of contact for the coordination of the current and future Internal Sales activities in our Regional Centres (Brazil, China, Malaysia, Russia,...).

Jouw profiel

  • You hold a master's degree in Engineering or equivalent through experience.
  • You are known for your structured approach.
  • You have effective communication skills and excellent people skills.
  • You have the ability to effectively work with other departments to achieve common goals.
  • You have proven experience in leading technical teams and internal sales processes.
  • You are fluent in English.

  • Internationale verkoopnetwerken of distributiekanalen superviseren (filialen, commerciële agentschappen, ...)
  • Locaties voor winkels zoeken
    Vastgoedcontracten onderhandelen (bouwvergunning, ...)
  • Marktinformatie uitwisselen met het verkoopteam en verschillende diensten
  • Een marktgebied opvolgen: Regionaal
  • Commerciële contracten met aankoopcentrales onderhandelen (referenties, tariefcharter, promotionele acties, ...)
  • Een klanten- of prospectenbestand uitwerken
  • De strategische verkoopdoelstellingen van de afdeling bepalen
