For our growing hospital network, we are looking for a strong and visionary IT manager (m/f/d) with strategic vision and technical expertise to lead our IT infrastructure into the future.

IT Management (m/f/d)

Full-time (40 hours/week) / part-time possible

You can realize your potential in these areas:

• Developing and implementing a future-oriented IT strategy that meets the high standards of the healthcare sector
• Ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, with a focus on patient data security and data protection compliance
• Leading and developing a competent IT team, nurturing talent and delivering targeted training
• Close exchange with medical staff to optimize clinical IT solutions
• Introduction of new technologies to improve patient care and clinical processes
• Responsibility for updating and maintaining the IT infrastructure
• Planning and coordination of IT projects, from conception to successful implementation
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal IT regulations in the healthcare sector

What you bring to the table:

• University degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a managerial IT position, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Comprehensive understanding of medical IT systems and the special requirements in the hospital environment
• Expertise in data protection and compliance in the healthcare sector
• Strong leadership skills, team leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex issues clearly
• Strategic mindset and the ability to link IT objectives to the overall business objectives
• Commitment and reliable working style in demanding work situations
