PRODUCT MANAGER FACADE BELUX

Functie

As a product manager you are responible for the commercial success of your product category-Façades. Ensuring a sustainable growth in both volume and profitability within the Belgian and Luxemburg market.

Your tasks:

  • You are involved in each step of the process communicating with a team of experts helping you the below:
    • R&D
    • Certification
    • Marketing
    • Training of the commercial organisation
    • Technical support on calculations and mounting instructions
  • You work closely with the existing Belgian commercial organistions as they will actively promote your products within their customer base, which is key to your succes to ensure volume output;
  • You are r'esponible for the pricing policy of your product which you adapt in function of market landscape and volumes;
  • Your technical background allows you to understand the competitive landscape and differentiate your products from the competitors in the market;
  • You steer your back-office organisation te ensure a correct flow from quotation to order entry and customer service;
  • You are in regular contact with the operations team in France and Holland to ensure continuity of product quality and look for improvement in the customer service;
  • Together with the certification team, you agree on the strategy of achieve additional certification to improve the performance of your product. You have contact with all stakeholders, both internally as externally to have full understanding;
  • You will do solo or joint visitis to customers, promoting the product and closing the deal;
  • You will conduct individual visits to external stakeholders, including architects, real estate developers, main contractors, and others;
  • You will report directly to the MD Belgium - Industrial Clients and will have a close relationship with the Product Manager Facade BeNeLux.

Jouw profiel

Who are you:

  • You have experience within the construction industry and/or production environment of building products;
  • You have a commercial flair, and can use your technical understandig to your advantage;
  • You are able to not only generate direct sales, but motivate other colleagues to shell and promote your product;
  • You are good networker to develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • You speak fluent French, Dutch and English. German is an extra.
