Our team consists of the Operational Purchasing, VOB Submission (Construction), Technical Internal Audit and Strategic Purchasing departments. All departments work closely together, hand in hand. These tasks await you:

  • Taking on the tasks of the time management and ErbZeit officer as well as the training officer for internal and external training courses
  • Processing applications to register personnel requirements, drafting job descriptions and job advertisements and organizing selection procedures
  • HR processing for the department in collaboration with the Office of Human Resources Management, Information Technology and Organization
  • Taking on the tasks of the IT liaison person for Unit VI/ZEK: supporting and advising employees in the context of user support and IT and communication device problems
  • Support and maintenance of the office-specific software (procurement management system, contract management system, procurement marketplace, supplier management/bidder directory, purchasing store, etc.) as well as the internet and intranet presence of the specialist office

These are your qualifications and skills:

You fulfill at least one of the following requirements:

  • Qualification for career group 2, 1st entry level of the general administrative service: successfully completed preparatory service with the degree "Bachelor of Laws"/"Bachelor of Arts" or "Diplom-Verwaltungswirt*in (FH)" / "Diplom-Verwaltungsbetriebswirt*in (FH)"
  • Successfully completed Administrative Training Course II or Employee Training Course II (you can also apply if you meet the exemption requirements from the training and examination obligation in accordance with Section 12 in conjunction with Section 7 of the preliminary remarks to Annex 1 - Remuneration Ordinance (VKA) TVöD)
  • Completed university or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor or Diplom FH), which includes relevant personnel management content applicable to the advertised position
  • Completed university or university of applied sciences degree with a specialization in computer science (Bachelor or Diplom FH)
  • Completed training as an IT specialist, IT technician or comparable training

Further qualifications and skills:

  • Strong knowledge of standard software and willingness to use specialized software
  • Confident appearance and customer-friendly and service-oriented behavior
  • Ability to work in a team, willingness to change, resilience and solution-oriented thinking and action
