An international company, located in Zaventem, is looking for a new member for their customer service team.
They offer specialized services to diplomats.
You would be in charge of the follow up of customers:
* Customer Service Activity:
- Handle requests from new and existing customers.
* Set-up Activity:
- Process the incoming application forms;
- Process the customs forms;
- Control the documents and follow-up on missing information;
- Create the customer files in our system and keep existing customer files up to date (+ filing).
* Regular controls via control reports:
- Perform weekly and daily checks.
* Overdue follow-up
Your profile:
* You are fluent in Italian and English;
* You have at least a bachelor's degree;
* You are customer oriented;
* You are accurate and structured in your work;
* You are communicative, flexible and a team player;
* You remain calm under pressure.
