The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research
  • Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and standards
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities

The successful candidate will have the following profile:
  • Degree in Engineering or in science related or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in Dutch is mandatory, English and French will be a strong asset
  • ⚠/⚠ years of sales experience - prospection, negotiation, follow-up
  • Experience in Operating Room (OR), ideally in endoscopy related therapeutic area
  • Ability to sell capital equipment
  • Being based in Flanders - Good knowledge of the markets and territories to be developed is important
