Robert Half is currently looking for a customer service employee (m/f/x) with knowledge of SAP and INCOTERMS. This position could either be a 70%, 80%, 90% or a full time.
It concerns an interim assignment with the option of a fix contract afterwards.
Our client is an international company active in the chemical sector located in the Zaventem area. You will become a part of a team of 6 people. They have parking and are also reachable by bus. They also have good bike infrastructure as well as showers. The company often organizes teambuildings and small events.
As a customer service employee with SAP and INCOTERMS, these would be your responsibilities:
- You are mainly in contact with French speaking clients, but also with clients of other countries (in English);
- You receive all orders from clients via e-mail;
- You follow up on all the orders;
- You are in touch with clients and answer their questions and requests;
- You arrange all necessary documents for customs;
- You handle stock management;
- You are responsible for all other necessary steps in the supply chain process;
- You make sure everything is noted correctly in SAP;
- You follow up on billing;
- You pay attention to customer satisfaction.
To be able to apply for this position you need:
- A fluent knowledge of French and English, both orally and written;
- At least a basic knowledge of incoterms;
- Experience with SAP (or a similar program);
- A good knowledge of MS office;
- To be customer oriented;
- To be motivated and willing to learn;
- To like to work in an international team in an international environment;
- Have previous experience in a similar role (customer service/sales support/supply chain/logistics)
