Functie

As a Purchaser, you will have a wide range of tasks that have a crucial impact on proper operational procurement functioning:

- You are responsible for all procurement matters , contracts and frame agreements following the public procurement regulations;

- In collaboration with the other departments within Gassco, you draft tender packages, perform negotiations, select suppliers and award the contract;

- You follow up and implement legal requirements with regards to (public) procurement

- You assure compliance to internal procurement procedures , policies and processes;

- You assure up-to-date availability of contracts , frame agreements with critical suppliers, in a timely manner;

- You seek and give advice on public procurement ;

- You maintain good relations with suppliers ;

- You keep a strategic overview over suppliers and market tendencies, and act proactively;

- You participate in general meetings on cost control/budgeting/benchmarking ;

- You contribute actively in creating a cost-conscious culture ;

- You report to the Business Services & Finance Manager.

Jouw profiel

- You have a bachelor's or a master’s degree in a commercial or (public) procurement field or are equivalent through experience;

- You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience ;

- You are interested in technical equipment, material and services and you are willing to delve a bit deeper into this matter, according to the business requirements;

- You have excellent communication skills ; you demonstrate integrity and you are assertive;

- You are business oriented and have strategic negotiation skills ;

- You are decisive;

- You work fluently with Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of 3P is a plus;

- You communicate fluently in Dutch and in English . Knowledge of French is a plus.

• Inschrijvingen op de aanbestedingen analyseren en evalueren of de leveranciers aan de vraag kunnen voldoen
• Aanbestedingen of lastenboeken voor leveranciers of dienstverleners opstellen
• De uitvoering van de aankoopcontracten tot aan de betaling opvolgen (hoeveelheid, kwaliteit, leveringstermijnen, ...)
• Gegevens actualiseren (markttendensen, nieuwe producten, referenties van de leveranciers, ...)
• Opvolggegevens van aankopen registreren en het jaarverslag opstellen
• Prijzen en leveringstermijnen van producten onderhandelen met de leveranciers
• De bevoorradingsbehoeften van de onderneming identificeren en de markt van de leveranciers en producten prospecteren of analyseren
• De leveranciers en producten evalueren (audits, tevredenheidsenquêtes, staalname, ...) en verbeteringen voorstellen
• Geschillendossiers behandelen (oplossing van geschillen, behandeling van klachten, ...)
